Slow Chicken Chili Verde

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce Green Chili, can
  • 4 Whole Lime , juiced
  • 2 can pinto beans , 15 oz each
  • 3 slice Garlic , minced
  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh
  • 1 can salsa verde , 16 oince
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin
  • cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Coconut Milk

Instructions

Place the chicken, onion garlic, salsa, canned chilis, chicken broth or coconut milk, lime juice, cumin, and sea salt in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.

  • Shred the pork with a fork, stir in the beans, and let cook for 30 more minutes, until the beans are heated through.
