Ingredients

  • ½ Whole Apple, diced small
  • 3 tablespoon Peanut Butter, Jif style creamy
  • 1 Whole Eggs
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions

1/2 finely diced apple
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Stir ingredients together and place in a greased small ramekin (white Food network) . Bake at 350 for 20 minutes - 23 minutes , or until top is puffed up.
