Leftover Cake Truffles

**note: use small cookie scoop It doesn't matter how much leftover cake you have, you just need to half the amount it weighs to get the weight of your cream cheese!

Ingredients




Instructions

1. Use a fork to mash cake into crumbs

2. Stir in cream cheese. 

3. Use cookie scoop (small) to form into balls. Place on lined baking sheet. Freeze for an hour (1-3 hours)

4. Melt chocolate chips, dip into chocolate, than return to freezer to harden. 

5. Store in fridge for up to 3 days or freezer.
