Remove ham from all packaging and transfer to roasting pan with rack, cut side down. Line bottom of tray with foil.
Close lid and cook for 2 hours.
Remove rack from roasting tray. Add ham to foil lined tray, then pour glaze on top.

ut ham back in smoker. Close lid and leave to smoke for 1 hour more, or until up to temp (140)
remove from smoker and let rest on cutting board for 10 min.
