1. Heat up smoker to 275°F.
2. Remove ham from all packaging and transfer to roasting pan with rack, cut side down. Line bottom of tray with foil.
3. Close lid and cook for 2 hours.
4. Remove rack from roasting tray. Add ham to foil lined tray, then pour glaze on top.
5. Put ham back in smoker. Close lid and leave to smoke for 1 hour more, or until up to temp (140)
6. remove from smoker and let rest on cutting board for 10 min.
