Serves 4 smoked paprika, cumin, parsley basil
1. Add olive oil to large pot. Saute jalapeno + garlic
2. Add potatoes and cook until heated through
3. Add ham and cook until slightly crisp
4. Add dijon.
5. Add broth and seasoning. Bring to low simmer.
6. Reduce and simmer until heated through
7. Add lemon or lime juice
