  1. Place black beans in large mixing bowl and use immersion blender to blend. Add a bit of salsa along with cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Blend until smooth with some thickness still to it 
  2. Place a nonstick pan over medium heat. Spray with a little avocado spray, add just a little sprinkle of the shredded cheese to the pan, and place the tortilla on top. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the black bean mixture on top of the tortilla and spread out, leaving 1/4 inch around the edge of the tortilla. Add a sprinkle of cheese on top of the beans. Let the tortilla cook for 1-2 minutes then use a spatula to fold it in half. Cook for about 3 minutes before removing from the pan and setting on a cutting board to cool. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas and black beans.
