Carrot Cake French Toast

Serves 2 *need cooling time

Ingredients

  1. roughly chopped







  2. shredded


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x4 loaf pan, then line with parchment

2. In food processor- pulse bananas, maple syrup vanilla, eggs, and peanut butter.

3. Add coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and pulse until combined.

4. Pulse in carrots.

5. Pour batter in greased loaf pan. Bake 45-55 minute sor until cake tester in center comes out clean.

6. Cool completely on cooling rack (at least 1 hour). 

7. Slice into 8-10 slices and make french toast
